(More customer reviews)Once assembled this product is great but getting there can try one's patience. The assembly instructions are confusing and inadequate. Keep the carton used for the delivery of bike rack because the color picture of the finished product provides the most help during assembly. Gear UP should do themselves a favor and provide an instruction sheet with color photos and improved written instructions.
